In the field Index page title, the title of the front page is set.

The button Insert template variable opens the list of keywords of AlbumWeb.

To select the font, color or alignment of index page title, use the Title text properties button. It will show the dialog described previously.

It is possible to set the background color or background picture for the index page by using the Background appearance button.

It is possible to set the color of text and links in the Default text colors group. If necessary you may disable the checkboxes related to colors. In this case, the browser will use its own default colors.

The thumbnail can be linked with images in different ways (Navigate from thumbnails to: option):

1. Image page - link with image page.

2. Image - link with image file.

3. Local Image - link with image file on disk, though image will not be copied into HTML album. As a link absolute path to image will be used - e.g. "C:\MyImages\image1.jpg".

4. Nothing - there will be no link to image.

5. Slideshow - link with slideshow page.

Also you can use the script to change the defaults. Use By script button to do it.

It is possible to link the title like thumbnails (Navigate from thumbnail title to: option).

The target link can be opened in a different window (Open new page in the: option). This field can contain the name of the frame to display the images. The possible values for this parameter are:

_blank - Load the link into a new unnamed window.

_parent - Load the link into the immediate parent of the document the link is in.

_self - Load the link into the same window the link was clicked in.

_top - Load the link into the full body of the current window.

<window_name>

A named HTML frame. If no frame or window exists that matches the specified target name, a new window is opened for the specified link.

To place  one or several toolbars on the page, use the Menu bars window. To add a menu bar, use Insert new button. To remove menu bar, click the Remove button. Use Modify button to edit an existing menu bar. Read more about customization of menu bars.
