Album Web allows the user to publish photos in several different ways: save photos locally to the hard drive, upload to FTP or send by email. To publish photos, the program offers a special wizard - Publish, which you can access from the main toolbar.
To publish photos:
1. Click the Publish button on the main toolbar.
This opens the tabbed wizard that will take you through the publication process step by step.
The first tab - Choose What - allows you to select what you want to publish: selected photos, chapter or all photos from the current album.
2. Select the desired option and click Next.
This opens the Choose Where tab that lets you select where to publish photos: to the local or network folder, FTP server or send by email.
2. Select the desired option and click Next.
Depending on the publication method you have chosen on the previous tab, you see the tree of folders, FTP profile, or email configuration window. In our case, we have chosen to publish photos to the local folder. Therefore the third tab shows the local folders.
3. Select the folder to save the photos and click Next.
The next tab is Choose format. This is where you choose whether to export photos to JPEG images, or an HTML album.
4. Select the required option and click Next.
Depending on what we have chosen on the previous tab, the next tab can be Jpeg images or HTML album. In our case this is Jpeg Images.
5. Configure the JPEG settings, resolution, compression, etc. 6. Click Go >>>.
Album Web publishes your photos according to the settings you have specified in the wizard.
