If you have found a bug in Album Web, please let us know about it as soon as possible. When sending a bug report, describe the problem in details. The clearer your report, the more likely the author will be able to find the bug and fix it quickly.
Note that not all bugs that you may encounter while using Album Web are caused by the program. There are many bugs in Windows itself, as well as in third-party programs and drivers that can cause your computer to generate errors or work unreliably. Unfortunately, if you encounter such a bug of external origin, there is usually nothing the author can do to fix it but we will try to inform you if we suspect the problem is not in Album Web.
Too often, though, you can fix external bugs yourself by updating old system files and drivers. Go to the "Product Updates for Windows" Web page to see which system files have been fixed and updated by Microsoft:

Please check, if possible, if the bug has been fixed in the latest update.
Very important: Remember to indicate which program and version number you are using (for example: Album Web v2.9. If you think you need to send screen shots with error messages, please save them to GIF or JPEG, so that their size is reduced as much as possible.
